Engagement areas
Engineering plays a crucial role in shaping a more sustainable, inclusive, and equitable world. Our Engagement Areas create space to reflect, connect, and inspire – both within and beyond the engineering community. Through these initiatives, we aim to support long-term impact by raising awareness, strengthening connections between people, and encouraging more inclusive pathways into the profession.
We are now relaunching this work with renewed energy, beginning with the formation of our new national professional group. This marks a renewed effort to explore and develop The Reflective Engineer, Inspire Youth, and Engineer to Engineer – each with the potential to contribute to a more socially just and sustainable future for engineering.
ENGINEER TO ENGINEER
We facilitate the inclusion of newly arrived engineers in Sweden through netowrking and gaining the necessary tools to enter the Swedish job market.
THE REFLECTIVE ENGINEER
We explore the role of engineers and foster collective awareness for a sustainable future through workshops, lectures and case studies. Check out our upcoming events in the top menu!
INSPIRE YOUTH
We inform and inspire children to seek an education in engineering or technology and promote engineering as creative, fun and interesting.
