Annual Meeting & Member Days 2026 Program
The Annual Meeting and Member Days is a two-day event by members for members. This is a chance to have your voice heard, reconnect, brainstorm and shape the future together with other student and professional members. Make sure to have an active membership to be able to participate in voting.

2. Board Nominations
Nominations for the Board are now open! If you know someone (or are someone!) who would be a great fit for the management team, please reach out. Contact the Election Committee at election.committee@ewb-swe.org before March 31, 2026.

Accommodation
As a member of EWB-SWE, you can choose between two options for accommodations on April 25-26 at discounted rates.
1. Göteborgs Vandrarhem (Hostel)
We have secured a rate of 247 SEK per person in 8-bed dormitories. One of the dormatories will be for women only. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. You must either bring your own or rent them at an additional self-cost.

Booking and deadline
To book your stay, email your booking details to info@goteborgsvandrarhem.se.
Please mention that you are part of EWB-SWE to receive the discounted rate.
The hostel will send a payment link by email. Your reservation is confirmed once the payment has been received. For cancellation terms, please see the hostel’s website.

2. Comfort Hotel Panorama
We have secured a rate of 880 SEK per person in a Standard Twin Room on April 25-26.
The price for two people in the same room is 1180 SEK.
❗Please note that this option is not eligible for reimbursement for students.

Reimbursement for Travel and Accommodation for Students
EWB-SWE provides travel and accommodation reimbursement for up to two student members per local group.
This compensation is issued as a single, one-time reimbursement to the group. Once received, the local group has the autonomy to distribute these funds freely among all members who attended the event.
To claim your reimbursement, please follow these steps:
Complete the Form: Fill out the Financial Accounting form.
Gather Receipts: Collect all digital or scanned copies of your travel and lodging receipts.
Submit: Send the form and the attached receipts to info@ewb-swe.org.
Note: Please ensure all receipts are clearly legible to avoid delays in processing your payment.
