How to include the HTML link for your email signature in Gmail, follow these steps:

  1. Copy and use the Image Link for on of the above pictures:
    Girls in green:

  2. Access Gmail Signature Settings:

    • Open Gmail.

    • In the top right corner, click on the gear icon to access the 'Settings'.

    • Scroll down to the 'Signature' section.

  3. Add the Signature:

    • In the signature editor, you can type any text you want to include in your signature, for example: Put education for girls on your wishlist! OR “I’m putting education for girls on my wishlist this year”.

    • To add the image, click on the image icon (it looks like a little mountain landscape) in the formatting bar.

    • Upload the image from your computer or insert the URL of your image if it's hosted online. (URL provided above)

  4. Add the Link to the Image:

    • Once the image is inserted, click on it to select it.

    • Then click on the link icon (it looks like a chain link) in the formatting bar.

    • Enter the URL you want the image to link to in the 'Web address' field. URL to our donation page: https://support.ewb-swe.org/b/my-donation?_cv=1&cid=1

    • Click 'OK' to set the link.

  5. Save the Signature:

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Settings' page and click 'Save Changes
